• Assess the compliance of an organization's data collection, storage, usage, and sharing practices with domestic and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.).

• Regularly review and update the organization's data privacy policies, user agreements, and related contractual terms.

• Develop and refine internal data compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the latest legal requirements.

• Assist in designing data classification, data lifecycle management, and data security measures.

• PQE: 10 years+, legal background. PRC qualification is a must.
• Experience from law firm is a must.
• English can be the working language.
• Solid data experience and great communication skills.
