• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk assessment.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams (including internal resources, third-party contractors, and suppliers) to achieve project goals.
• Effectively manage project budgets, tracking expenditure and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including local Chinese teams, regional/global counterparts, and customers.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the successful installation, commissioning, or implementation of solutions for key clients in China.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven project management experience, preferably within the B2B equipment, commercial appliance, or related technical solutions industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects successfully within the Chinese market.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
