Finance Process Consultant (Contractor)

This position will be assigned to a reputable retail luxury company and will help manage their APAC SSC spin-off project. This is a 1 to 2 year project based contractor role.

Responsibilities:

• To improve and develop the quality and efficiency of Finance support services of the whole organization and thereby reduce costs for these services by:
• maintaining customer satisfaction and responsible for communicating with different stakeholders in different regions overseas;
• implementing prioritized projects and standards
• supporting business transformation process and driving change management process
• Building the standard processes in Accounting to Reporting, statutory reporting, Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash areas for improvement of work efficiency and internal control
• Monitoring the KPI reports to keep the quality of finance service at a high-level
• Providing internal training in team, monitoring the update of SOP
• Regular meetings with internal customers especially Business Controllers and SSC team based in SEA;
• Implementation of the high-efficient solutions and develop the accounting procedure

Your profile:

• English speaker;
• Experienced in Large SSC
• with Project Management Experience preferred;
• Experience in Manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, automotive;
• familiar with SAP, GAAP and IFRS.
