Senior Business Development Manager => Relocate to TW

Job Description:
-Responsible of all sales, marketing, communication and advertisement activities.
-Ensure the company’s promotion image (brand awareness) on the market.
-Participate in the choice of business development strategy
-Propose new services or adapt the old ones according to the recognized needs of the market.
-Sourcing, answering and following-up biddings, including electronic biddings
-Making sure sales proposals are personalized and Following the Sales proposals
-Signing (renew) contracts with Customers and increase services fee.
-Implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies, search for marketing information to understand our customer strategy and give information and support to the department or to our branches
-Inform the BUM of the trends and the market needs.
-Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors.
-Support marketing projects including PowerPoint presentations, public/media relations…, creation of tools.
-Communicate and cooperate with OPS department, strengthen the update to site information, keep good relationship with clients
-Meet department target forecast

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
• With 5 yrs or more of Sales experience on Hotel,Services,Property,and so on.
• Good interpersonal & English language skills
• Able to maintain high confidentiality
• Relevant industry experience
