about the job.
- Develop product development and innovation strategies with the brand collaboration team in the USA. 
- Assist the PD Director in creating a multi-year sourcing strategy to facilitate growth and speed in this product category. 
- Establish and develop partnerships with vendors to support collaboration and co-branding product initiatives and growth plans. 
- Communicate with clients, product development, to build and adhere to a product development calendar for timely samples, execution, and delivery. 
- Enhance and advocate for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies to drive process and product innovation, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. 
- Manage Vendor Performance: Ensure vendor performance drives profitability for the brand and sustains shared goals. 

- Engage Internal Stakeholders: Align with Planning, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Quality teams on sourcing strategy, vendor capabilities, and brand direction. 

skills and experience required.
- Professional Experience: 8~10 years in Product Development or sourcing on fabric products. 
- Passion for Product: Interest in the fabric industry, following key knowledge and the latest developments. 
- Business Acumen: Understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies. 
- Effective Communication: Experience influencing global stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations. 
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of fabric development processes and experience managing diverse product portfolios is a plus. 
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
