Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with China BU/function stakeholders on analyzing business requirements of variety of Data Application projects and connect with team & resources/local vendor teams to support the project deliver.
- Commercial System Admin & Business Operation: play the role as system admin and point of contact of regular system business operation work, including but not limited to user access management, system configuration, business user training & functional assistant, certificate renew, issue trouble shooting, system monthly report, etc.
- Compliance & Audit process: collaborate with global and affiliate teams on completing compliance and audit tasks on time and on quality to fully meet standards and requirements. Proactively lead IT compliance assignments and work out improvements if needed.
- Project Management Assistant: facilitate and coordinate project management tasks including but not limited to SLC deliverables, ADCT, SET, TPSE, SAC/SAR, DAST, ensuring timely delivery to project timeline and budget.
- BTS project & department routine: take responsibility on owned contract, PO, payment, and other application process, work as the BTS point of contact on company routine work with GM office, Finance, HR, OEC, etc. functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or 985/211 university graduate is a plus
- Proven at least 3-4 years' experience in IT project/system operation management and Data project (including but not limited to data analytics, data visualization, MDM, data hub, etc.) preferably in MNC Healthcare companies.
- Strong knowledge on mainstream IT technology frameworks such as Java, SQL, Network security, etc.
- Excellent soft skills on leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business values
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL or other IT management certification is a plus.
