Finance Project Manager

Our client is a Fortune 500 Healthcare company with great business growth. Our Client is now doing finance digital transformation project, so they need to hire an experienced finance project manger for this automation project

Position: Finance Project Manager

Project Length: 1 Year

This role will drive Finance system implementations, intelligent automation solutions, and operating model redesigns while ensuring alignment with finance stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in process re-engineering, risk governance, and stakeholder management within global corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:‌ ‌

• Work with project lead and finance SME to Identify efficiency opportunity for improvement areas
• Design Automation & Technology comprehensive and actionable Roadmap, identify high-impact automation opportunities and tech investments with ROI analysis.
• Work out proposed future operating model, including updated processes, to be organizational structure and technology implications.
• Support project lead to facilitate project meeting and present transformation deliverables to executives
• Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues and changes with necessary support

Qualifications:‌

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting;
• Strong finance background with MBA/CPA preferred
• 3+ years in finance transformation experiences and project management experiences
• Track record with implementing Financial systems (Microsoft dynamic system is a plus) and tech tools skillset (VBA, python, AI etc is a plus)
• Bilingual proficiency (English + Mandarin) is a must with global experience ‌
