KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Managerment:
Daily multi-dimension communication with external suppliers, buyers and internal departments.
Manage and control the whole ordering process and procedures.
Tight follow up and tracing for the orders; and foresee potential bulk problem.
Work closely with buyers covering footwear for all genders. Follow through the entire merchandising process from sourcing and developing products, preparing quotation and samples, price negotiation, products presentation, order handling until on-time delivery.
Act as a communication bridge between vendors, buyers and supporting departments to ensure proper and timely information exchange.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
College or University graduated in garment field or similar qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in buying/Trading office on footwear fields for European Market.
Strong communication skills and a good team player.
Well organized, willing to work under pressure.
Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in PC operations, such as MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Occasionally factories travel is required.
