Job Brief :

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Project Manager/Technical Owner to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing our CRM projects to enhance the efficiency and user experience of our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and colleagues around the globe to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of CRM projects, including requirement analysis, project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including business units, technical teams, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure CRM system solutions meet the business needs and technical requirements of the company.
• Utilize effective project management tools and methodologies to ensure project progress, quality, and cost control.
• Regularly communicate with business departments to understand their needs and feedback, providing innovative and feasible solutions.
• Continuously optimize and improve the CRM systems to enhance stability and user satisfaction.
• Conduct project risk assessment and management and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and review project documentation, including requirement documents, technical specifications, test plans, etc.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM project management, preferably within multinational companies or the retail industry.
• Familiarity with leading CRM platforms, and their implementation and management.
• Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, capable of driving the team to achieve goals effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work in multicultural and multilingual environments.
• High sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, able to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
• PMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
