Financial Analyze Leader

Company Overview:

• Hongkong company in healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Partner closely with business leaders to proceed with estimation, variance analysis and budget planning. Effectively analyze and communicate financial impact to BUs.
• Take lead on related specific daily tasks (e.g. Facility related cost managing; Advertising & Promotion cost Tracking; Training cost monitoring; Depreciation cost monitoring) to simplify working process; enhance visibility/accuracy; realize cost savings.
• Ensure deliverables (estimations, analysis reports, etc.) are ready/distributed on time. Facilitating across BUs / Functions to gather required information for deliverables preparations.
• Assist in providing value-added related management decision support.

Requirements:

• 5 -6 years' working experience with 4 years' financial analyzing related work experience is necessary.
• MNC working experience is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills: able to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
• Good verbal & written communication skills: fluency in English; experience of working across multiple functions and BUs; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, OAS, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation.
