高级外贸跟单员(Senior Merchandiser)

职位描述:
1. 协助供应商跟进整个订单流程(确认订单-样品-标签及包装-量产/出货-付款)
2. 协助生产督导经理与供应商进行日常沟通
3. 协助采购经理与供应商跟进订单进度
4. 作为供应商跟进订单过程中与葛天那联系的核心人员
5. 催促并跟进订单整个过程，确保及时出货
6. 准备和参加相关会议
7. 把控大货及样品进度
8. 流程跟进，学习及实施
9. 其他由上级安排的任务 Job description:
1. Support suppliers for whole order process (order confirmation - sampling - labeling and packing - production/shipment - payment)
2. Assist Production Support Managers on daily communication with suppliers
3. Assist Purchasing Managers on order process with suppliers
4. Being the main contact point of the supplier for order processing in the office
5. Push every stage to guarantee shipment as early as possible
6. Prepare and/or attend all Supply Chain Meeting (Cortina Walk, Supplier Support Meeting, Purchase Meeting)
7. Production Progress Status and Sample Progress Status management
8. Procedure following, learning and implementation
9. Other tasks that related with the job assigned by the head 职位要求:
1. 5年以上工作经验
2. 2年以上鞋业外贸经验
3. 基础的鞋子及大货生产知识
4. 积极乐观有激情,注意细节,有紧迫感、耐心和责任心,良好的处理问题及沟通能力
5. 熟练使用办公软件
6. 良好的英文听说读写能力
7. 大专以上学历 Job requirements: 1. At least 5 years working experience.
2. At least 2 years shoe production export follow up experience.
3. Basic understanding of shoes and production.
4. Positive, passionate, eye for detail, sense of urgency, Patient, accuracy , responsible, Solution oriented, Strong communication skills
5. Computer skill: Good at Microsoft word, excel, outlook
6. Language skill: Good English (written + spoken + listening + understanding)
7. Education/Certification: University/college diploma required
