任职要求

- 3年以上消费电子海外销售经验(有澳洲市场资源者优先)
- 成功主导过爆款产品海外上市案例,具备完整的渠道开发闭环经验

Position Summary
We're seeking an Overseas Sales Manager/Country Manager to spearhead our market expansion in Australia. Based in Shenzhen with regular business travel to Australia, you'll own end-to-end responsibility for market strategy, channel development, and sales target achievement in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy : Conduct comprehensive market research and develop localized sales strategies/annual business plans for Australia
- Channel Development : Build and manage distributor/agent networks, establishing long-term partnerships
- Product Operations : Lead product selection, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional resources
- Sales Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle from negotiation to after-sales support to exceed targets
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing and supply chain teams to optimize processes
- Brand Building : Develop localized branding initiatives to increase market share and brand awareness
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Marketing or related fields
- Language : Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (written/spoken)
- Experience :
- 3+ years in overseas sales within consumer electronics (Australian market experience preferred)
- Proven track record of successful product launches and channel development
- Core Competencies :
- Expertise in B2B channel expansion and agent management systems
- Strong data analysis skills to refine sales strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of international trade processes
- Keen understanding of 3C product trends with strategic planning ability
