Job Description

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's financial goals
• M anage a team of investment professionals
• Regularly review and investment performance
• Identify and capitalise on profitable investment opportunities in the industrial/manufacturing sector
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and investors
• Provide expert advice to the senior management on investment matters
• Promote a culture of transparency and integrity within the investment team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investment/Capital Market should have:

• A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies and financial markets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• The ability to make sound investment decisions
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
