Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 security operation monitoring for clients and ensure the normal operation of their security devices.
• Possess experience in building or operating a Security Operations Center (SOC) to offer clients SOC construction consulting or ongoing security operation services.
• Conduct rapid investigations of client security incidents and provide professional advice.
• Provide clients with regular reports and detailed incident reports.
• Create and manage incident tickets to initiate triage and analysis work.
• Utilize Sandbox/Test Lab environments to assess malicious code.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent written English skills.
• Bachelor's degree in software, data communication, telecommunications, IT, or computer security-related fields.
• Open to outstanding fresh graduates.
• Strong self-motivation and communication skills.
• This position requires a 24/7 shift work schedule.
